About the role
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot QlikSense, Power BI, Cognos, and Alteryx platforms. Manage user access, permissions, and security settings. Coordinate with IT for server and infrastructure support. Serve as the first point of contact for platform-related issues and requests. Provide basic training and support to end-users. Requirements
